LSKhata Proprietary License Agreement

This Proprietary Software License Agreement governs your use of LSKhata (referred to as “Khata”), a business management application developed and owned by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. By installing, accessing, or using Khata, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the application.
Khata, including its source code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, databases, trademarks, creative assets, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lacspace. All rights are fully reserved. The Khata app is licensed, not sold, and is not provided under any open-source license. You receive no ownership rights, and all content is protected under Indian, Nepalese, and international intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, Lacspace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Khata solely for internal personal or business operations. This license is valid only for the version and duration you have purchased. Use beyond this scope constitutes a material breach.
You agree not to:
- Use Khata without a valid, active license.
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the app or any part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code.
- Modify or create derivative works of Khata.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
- Use the app to build, assist, or enhance a competing service.
- Engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity using Khata.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license termination and may trigger legal action under applicable laws.
Certain features of Khata may be offered under a free tier or demo mode. These versions are limited, may be modified or terminated at our discretion, and do not grant any rights to the underlying proprietary system. Paid plans unlock advanced features, multi-device access, premium support, and full commercial usage rights.
Your license to use Khata terminates automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with this Agreement. We may also terminate your license for non-payment or violation of terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Khata and delete all copies in your possession.
Khata is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lacspace disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uptime, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lacspace shall not be liable for: Lost revenue or profits, Business disruption, Data loss, or Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Khata in the preceding twelve months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If accessing Khata outside India or Nepal, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. You agree not to use Khata in violation of export controls or other regulatory restrictions.
