These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “client”) and LSKhata, a product of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (“Lacspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the LSKhata software, website, mobile apps, and all related platforms (“Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using our Services immediately.

2. Our Services

LSKhata is a software solution designed for small businesses to manage their sales, products, inventory, and accounting (khata). It is an official product developed, owned, and operated by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd., an AI-powered IT solutions and creative technology company specializing in custom software to drive digital transformation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, frameworks, trademarks, logos, databases, texts, and other materials related to LSKhata are proprietary to Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Our products are licensed under the Lacspace Commercial License — not open-source — and may not be redistributed, reverse-engineered, or replicated in any form without prior written authorization.

4. Account Creation & Security

To use LSKhata, user registration is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence or password sharing.

5. License to Use Services

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the LSKhata software for your business purposes as defined by your selected subscription plan. Any form of resale, redistribution, or misuse of the software will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Prohibited Uses & Activities

• Reverse engineering or decoding any proprietary code or algorithms.
• Using LSKhata services to build a competing or derivative product.
• Hosting, posting, or transmitting malware, spam, or unauthorized data.
• Interfering with our servers, APIs, or network operations.
• Using "Free" versions of the service for illegal, adult, or political activities.

7. Warning Regarding Free Services

Any free service or trial plan for LSKhata is strictly limited and provided “as-is.” We may modify, suspend, or terminate any free plan at any time without notice. Data associated with a terminated free account may be permanently deleted.

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All purchases for LSKhata subscription plans must be paid in full upfront. Prices may vary by region. Refunds are not issued except in cases of duplicate billing or unauthorized charges verified by our finance team.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LACSPACE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF LSKHATA. While LSKhata employs modern security measures, no system is 100% secure, and we are not liable for accidental data loss. Users are encouraged to back up important data regularly.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Lacspace, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lacspace harmless against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the LSKhata service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India.

13. Modifications and Service Updates

We may update LSKhata, change its features, or adjust pricing at any time. Continued use after such updates signifies your acceptance of any modified Terms.
