By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the LSKhata application (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep that information up-to-date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service.
- Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design thereof) are owned by Lacspace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited license to use the Service, not a transfer of ownership.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Lacspace makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall Lacspace be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Nepal, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
